The HS series starts with HS35, and till now, it also contained HS45, HS50, HS55, HS60, HS65, HS70, HS75, and HS80 (some of them had different, wireless variants). It ranges from budget-oriented HS series (the reviewed one is one of them), then there’s the mid-range Void series, and it ends with high-end Virtuoso. Headsets are one of the types of peripherals that Corsair offers (there are also PC components, but that’s not a story for this review). You can’t go wrong with it, especially since it’s updated frequently. Overall, the software is stable and allows full customization. Last but not least there's a "Surface calibration" tab, the name is quite self-explanatory. You can use this for volume control, tabbing software, skipping tracks, macros, and more. The six-axis gyroscope allows you to configure liftoff detection, but it also opens up the possibility for gestures. One thing that makes the M65 RGB Ultra stand out from the crowd is the gesture's capability. There’s, of course, a possibility to change/sync the lighting settings as well. In the “Key assignments" tab, you can assign macros and other activities. Action assignments can include macros, text pasting, media control, shortcuts, timer countdowns, profile switching, etc. The Corsair M65 RGB Ultra has two lighting areas.ĭPI settings have a separate tab as well, you can set five steps and there's also "Sniper" mode. There's an option for setting the Lift Height, or enabling/disabling angle snapping. You can select the polling rate (up to 8000 Hz) and brightness in the settings tab. Corsair provides iCUE software to control their RGB keyboards, headsets, and mice (and also Asus graphic cards/motherboards).
